Purpose of Forum and General Information
The purpose of this forum is to discuss matters directly related to the mission of Thirty-Thousand.org which is to educate the public about the degradation of representative democracy in the United States resulting from Congress's longstanding practice of constricting the number of federal Representatives relative to the total population.
This is not a forum for:
1) wide-ranging political discussions and debates or,
2) the promotion of partisan agendas and candidates (except to the extent that a political party or candidate is specifically advocating for the enlargement of representation).
There are numerous other places on-line that are devoted to providing a forum for partisan political discussions. Users of this forum who wish to engage in such discussions are encouraged to utilize those forums.

Strategy: how do we induce change?
Discuss how we can hasten progress towards enlarging representation. There are two primary components to this: 1) educating others in order to gain the public support necessary; and, 2) ensuring implementation via a constitutional amendment.
